Me/moire is a fusion project between contemporary dance and Butoh, born from the collaboration between Compagnia Simona Bucci, the famous Japanese choreographer Yumiko Yoshioka, and the dancer/director Camilla Giani.

The central theme is the search for collective memory, shared by all human beings. It is carried out through the fusion of languages and cultures connected to dancing.

Me/Moire is a project started in 2015 and initially created for theater. After several phases, in 2018, Me/Moire VR was born. Using virtual reality, the spectator lives an immersive experience set in different scenarios, landscapes, through an intimate journey searching for a collective subconscious, made of places and bodies in motion.
